Current turnaround: 3-4 weeks from order to shipment
Each typewriter receives many hours of meticulous restoration by our master technicians.
We completely disassemble, clean, adjust, and test every mechanism - bringing these machines back to how they performed when they left the factory 60-80 years ago.
We also need to fit each machine into a window for part and custom roller and feet orders, some of which take a few weeks.
We are always scouring the world for parts, knobs, feet, springs.
This level of work takes time and dedication.
We don’t rush machines out the door. We love them too much. And the writing they make possible!
